Even though the internet is packed with inspiration and information about today’s fashion, it’s something different to sit down with a book, and really learn to know the fashion houses, designers and famous models. Magazines isn’t enough for me, and I have several books on my wish list, but they surely are very expensive. For instance, most of my money goes to buying fashion instead of books, but I really want to have the fashion history inside my house (not my closet) as well. Both Net-a-Porter and Shopbop has books of fashion in their stocks, and I really recommend to check them out!
I’m also very interested interested in books of fashion design, and especially the drawing techniques. Anyone who has any recommendations?
